Survival of the fittest is a term used to describe the ability to adapt and thrive in the face of change.

We are currently at the turning point of what has been termed the latest in a line of industrial revolutions, somewhere between 4 and 6, depending on how you count them.

Irrespective of the numbering scheme, there can be no doubt—any longer—that we are in the throes of such a revolution—where the fitness of organizations is being tested.  Times like these are characterized by the death of old industries and the birth of new ones.

Heritage organizations can only survive by radically changing to adjust to the new reality. This takes more than just awareness of the situation and a desire to change; it takes knowledge, ability, and constant reinforcement; sadly, it is these latter three areas where most organizations, although desirous of change, are failing.

Multiple waves of revolution have already overcome many industry sectors, and according to the experts in this area, we are now at a critical juncture, where the weight of inertia is on the side of rapid and disruptive change.  In other words, the pace of change is going to accelerate, and things are going to get worse before they get better.

In this context, our goal at Visionate is to equip individuals, and through them their organizations, with the understanding, practical skills and toolsets to navigate this period, not just to survive, but to thrive. Our courses have been designed specifically for this purpose.
